Is there a call-out fee for on-site visits?
No separate call-out fee — the hourly rate covers everything from the moment our technician arrives. A minimum 1-hour charge applies per visit.
How does the No Fix, No Fee guarantee work?
If we're unable to resolve your technical issue after a genuine attempt, you pay nothing. We'll always be upfront if a problem is beyond what we can fix so you're never left with an unexpected bill.
Do prices include GST?
All prices listed are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) will be added to your invoice. Businesses registered for GST can claim this back.
Can I get a fixed price rather than hourly?
Yes — for most defined-scope jobs (like network setup, PC builds, and smart home installs) we can provide a fixed-price quote upfront. Book a free consultation and we'll assess your needs first.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
